What are the methods of payment?
Deposits can be sent by Skrill using any major credit card or by bank wire transfers. You can print out our Bank Wire Instructions from your Auction Export Profile. Full payments for successful purchases must be sent by bank wire transfer.

Can i pay for my car with my Credit Card?
No, it is not possible to pay the full amount by your credit card. You can place a deposit by your ATM card or make a bank wire transfer but the outstanding balance must be paid by bank wire transfer only. For more information on payment options kindly contact Collection department on robert@auctionexport.com.

Do you accept payments for the purchase or deposit (wire payments, Skrill) from third party?
Auction Export policy to not accept third party funds. Auction Export is obligated by law to “know your customer” and accepting funds from other than who purchased the vehicle puts you and our Company at risk. We appreciate your business but cannot compromise our integrity by making exceptions. Please contact Auction Export for clarification at info@auctionexport.com

How do I make bank wire transfer and what are your company's bank wire instructions?
• For deposit with bank wire you can print out our Bank Wire Instruction from your AuctionExport website Profile. • For payment for the purchased car you simply print out invoice for the car that contains our bank wire instructions. Then you go to your bank and give them our bank wire instructions. Please do not forget to send us an email confirming that you did send a wire to us. • Once your auction has ended and you are the confirmed winner, we will send you an email with all of the relevant wire transfer account information for your transaction.

Why do I have to pay the deposit first?
Deposit helps us determine if your intentions to purchase a vehicle are honest.

What is a minimum required deposit?
Minimum deposit is $400.

How do I know how much to deposit?
Deposit of 10% from the purchase price is required. For example if you wish to place a bid or submit A “Buy Now” offer for $10,000 you will need to have $1000 deposit on your account.

Will you refund my deposit if I request?
All bank wire transfers will be refunded upon your request. In your "PROFILE" page, the bottom right you will see the link "Refund Payment", please follow the link and instructions so that we could process your refund. Transfer time for the bank wire transfer is 5-7 business days. Please note we will deduct a bank wire fees of no more than $50 per refund if made by bank wire transfer. All credit card transactions will be refunded within 5 business days upon request of the customer. In your "PROFILE" page, the bottom right you will see the link "Refund Payment", please follow the link and instructions so that we could process your refund.

Why do you charge AuctionExport fee?
For each successful purchased car we apply $295 fee for the cars over $3000 and $195 fee for the cars under $3000. We also charge documentation fee of $70. In addition, there is an auction fee that will be applied on each vehicle. Please refer to the auction fees page.

Why do I have to pay $295 / $195 fee and $70 documentation fee?
$295 / $195 fee is the only fee our company charges for brokering your purchase. Our service includes: purchasing a vehicle for you, shipping assistance to the port in your country (shipping charges apply), and handling all documentation involved in exporting process from USA and Canada. $70 documentation fee is charged for the postage service. All original ownership and shipping documents will be mailed to the USA / Canada Customs, and then will be mailed to you by courier express post. (FedEx, DHL, TNT)

How much time do I have to send my money over to you after the purchase?
You have 3 days to pay for the purchased car. To avoid any kind of late fees and penalties you have to send your money the same day you made a successful purchase.

What are the penalties if you do not receive my money on time?
You have 3 days to pay for the car, if we do not receive the payment from you on the 3d day after the purchase, we will charge you $50 or 0.125% per day as a late fee and you will be asked to send a copy of confirmation of your payment along with the contact information of a sending bank. If we do not receive a payment or a copy of confirmation from you in 5 days, we will relist or relieve the vehicle and you will be charged minimum of $400 or 10% from the price of the car as a relist fee.

What other fees do I need to pay upon the car’s purchase?
The total cost for your vehicle consists of the car’s price or winning bid, fees and shipping charges. Since vehicles posted on the website come from different auctions, dealerships, insurance companies and car yards, the amount of fees you pay for your car is different in each particular case. Every car’s fees breakdown can be found right under BuyNow or Your Bid buttons on the vehicle page. Shipping cost varies and depends on the current location of the vehicle and its condition. You can get an approximate shipping cost to your destination by using the shipping calculator which is provided on every vehicle's page or by sending the email to shipping@auctionexport.com

Do you offer financing?
We offer financing to the following ports: Kotka Finland, Bremerhaven Germany, Klaipeda Lithuania and Tema Ghana. You must be approved for financing before bidding. Please contact us for further information on financing.

Do you provide installment plan for your cars?
Unfortunately, we do not offer installment plan for vehicles. AuctionExport is a brokering company which means we do not own our inventory. So in case you are interested in any deal, we would need to contact the seller, make all the necessary arrangements to have the car reserved while you arrange the full payment.

How would I know if you received my payment?
You will receive an automated email message. You can also check the status of your payment in “Finances” section of your profile.

With which countries we can not to do business with?
Unfortunately, due to Canada Trade Restrictions there are a few countries that we are not able to do business with. We will not approve an account if the contact address is in any of these countries. For more information, please visit the Office of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada

Can I pay for the car after delivery?
We require the full payment before delivery because we need to buy the car for the client from the seller and we need to pay for transportation services as well. That is why transportation of the vehicle will be possible once the full payment is done. (But we can offer Financing option to some destination.)

If the car doesn’t have Buy Now Price, how can I get the price to be ready for the purchase?
In this case we advise to check results of previous auctions in Similar Vehicle Price Statistics Results, which are available on each car’s profile, to get an idea about approximate potential price of the car.

Do you accept cryptocurrencies?
We do not accept any other payment means but credit card and bank wire transfer payment options in USD.

What will be the price in my local currency?
Unfortunately, we do not follow up on exchange rates, receiving payments in USD. Kindly consult with your bank or any valid online converter on this matter.
